The question I’ve been struggling with these last few days (months, years) is: What are the elderly (a category we are joining sooner or later) supposed to think and how are they supposed to feel in order to be considered healthy normal ? Because my age cohort is joining at a rather difficult time and no generation prior to this one has ever been so concerned to be healthy and normal.
