Rick Day is a talented photographer with a distinct artistic style. The men in his photos are undeniably handsome. However it seems like all of his photos are becoming too similar. I used to look at his photos and think they were sexy, now they are becoming too much like caricatures of sexy. The physiques are like comic book characters, I know this is fantasy but…… I don’t know. It mocks or exaggerates gay mens fantasy of beauty. I love the beauty of the men, but his idea of beauty seems to be one dimensional (muscles).
