I was just thinking the same thing. Poor kid hasn't eatin in a month.
Come on now. Take a look at the enlarged view of those abs of his in the b/w shot where he has the blanket over his shoulders. They're incredible. Deeply cut and majorly defined. He couldn't grow those if he were malnourished. He just works hard to have very low body fat content. I think he looks amazing.
Oh he sure does look amazing, from the neck down… His face looks skeletal.
Hunger and malnutrition are the single gravest threats to the world's public health.

I think it's probably just bad lighting. He looked really skinny too in the other photoshoot featured on this site, but his face looked less skeletal. Like another poster said, if he was malnurished and anorexic, his body wouldn't look like that.
