i see that the Trust’s spin show’ is hitting the road again with loads of mngitees where doctors are being wheeled out to try and sell the closure of casualty and the public will get no direct answers and no concrete information and everything will go all quiet again until its too late and youre having a heart attack and stuck in the back of an ambulance on the mancunian way on your way to MRI where therre are not enough doctors and nurses as it is.

To be honest, his ‘deformed’ pec isn’t really that extreme. Some people are really deformed, and tbh if he was in MY bed i wouldn’t kick him out 😉 x
