Jeff “The Tank” Ludwig is from the south of Brazil and has lived in Rio de Janeiro for 10 years. Now, he lives in New York City and works as a physical consultant, a more specific personal trainer with martial arts skills, a coach.
Jeff is a former heavyweight MMA fighter and has spent over 20 years training Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Boxing. Today his favorite workout to keep in shape is to train Crossfit six days a week. Nothing makes him more excited, and he hopes to compete at the Crossfit Games someday.
