  1. He lost a lot of weight I think, but he looks hotter than ever! Look at those hard as steel abs and his lickable bicep! I would feel his strong muscles several hours if he would be mine just for a day 😉

  2. I think once you start getting into your mid 30’s your emphasis should focus more on maintaining muscle mass and joint flexibility as opposed to trying to get huge. Carrying the muscle mass we had in our late teen years and into our 20’s becomes more difficult as we age.

    I think Rusty is just altering his workout routine to emphasize cardiovascular capacity rather than trying to pack on the extra bulk of muscle.
